C1 Business Logistics, operating as an Ontario sole proprietorship under the ComplianceOne Canada business-services umbrella, provides Canadian small business registration, incorporation documentation support, corporate annual return filings, cloud bookkeeping, financial statement compilation, and tax return preparation services. By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
ComplianceOne Canada is not a bank, trust company, credit union, direct lender, or mortgage broker. Our financing advisory services are strictly limited to bookkeeping cleanup, historical financial statement compilation, cash-flow projection modeling, business plan writing, and loan readiness preparation. We do not issue loans, underwrite credit, or provide guarantees regarding loan approvals, interest rates, or credit limits. All credit decisions remain at the sole and independent discretion of third-party Canadian financial institutions and government agencies (including BDC and CSBFP lenders).
Valuation analyses and reports provided by ComplianceOne are intended exclusively for small business internal planning, strategic buyer/seller negotiations, and partner buyout evaluations. Unless explicitly contracted in writing for a formal Comprehensive Valuation Report under the Practice Standards of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators (CICBV), our analyses constitute calculation and advisory reviews based on management-provided figures without independent audit or verification.
ComplianceOne prepares Canadian personal (T1), corporate (T2), and estate/trust (T3) tax returns in compliance with the federal Income Tax Act and provincial statutes. ComplianceOne is an authorized electronic filer (EFILE) with the Canada Revenue Agency. We do not guarantee specific tax refund amounts, and tax assessments remain subject to review and audit by the Canada Revenue Agency.
The client is solely responsible for the completeness, accuracy, and truthfulness of all corporate records, invoices, receipts, and revenue figures supplied to ComplianceOne. We do not conduct an audit of client records unless specifically engaged to do so under Canadian Auditing Standards.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice of law principles.
